About Nickolas Hall

Nickolas Hall is a brilliant mind who aims to display the Glory of God wherever he goes. His lifelong passion to see the kingdom of God established in the Earth has been evident through his faithful service to the churches of the Chicago area. Nickolas believes that his life’s ultimate purpose is to bring Glory to his Creator– whether by worship ministry, education, mentorship, or vocal training– the path leads back to his love and faith in Jesus. 

Nickolas Hall was born July 2, 1997, in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Hall spent a considerable amount of time in the local church singing. From the pastoral guidance of Bishop Joe L. Bennett and the musical direction of Michelle D. Bennett, his love for music bloomed alongside his growing admonition of God. 

At the age of 14, Hall experienced his first professional music opportunity under the direction of Walt Whitman and the Soul Children of Chicago. During his four-year tenure with the performance group, he traveled abroad–– singing in Italy, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Hall performed for and with many accomplished men and women including Michelle Obama, Queen Latifah, Jennifer Hudson, Jennifer Holiday, and many more. 

After graduating high school, Hall went on to study Music Business at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), receiving his Bachelor of Arts in 2019. During his undergraduate career at UIC, he learned under the tutelage of Cheryl Wilson. Consequently, Wilson groomed Hall in the classical, jazz, R&B, and pop genres of music, stretching Hall as a lead vocalist. Wilson, further, encouraged Hall as an educator by allowing him to co-teach and arrange music in the classroom. As his musical skills climbed, Hall’s passion for education also flourished. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Art in Teaching from North Park University and will graduate in the Summer of 2022. 

Hall continues to live out his passions by taking a step forward into the music industry. His latest endeavors include establishing himself as an artist, vocal producer and arranger. Through these methods, Hall aims to continue to let the Glory of God resound throughout the Earth as he pursues his career in the music industry.
